Cancellation of Orders

If any suspicious or fraudulent orders are detected, we reserve the right to cancel any such past, pending, or future orders without any liability. The gold and silver prices are not constant and can change according to international laws, so our prices will vary accordingly.

We are not responsible for any product that is broken or damaged after it is received and signed for by the recipient; we will be held responsible for damaged or lost pieces during transit. Returns and refunds will only apply to damaged or defective pieces. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; the client must email us at care@clory.in or WhatsApp at +916378138556. The original amount will be refunded, minus any applicable payment processing charges, once the parcel is received back within 7 days.
